Foods to Eat and Not to Eat for Better

What to Eat:

1. Fresh, Real Food

If it didn’t grow from the ground, avoid taking it. Vegetables and fruits provide more energy because they are fresh and “real” foods, compared to their canned counterparts. 9. Citrus Fruits

10. Milk
